I tried using the payment portal popup window to purchase the upgrade for Multicam Capture 2.0 Full Features on both Pinnacle Studio and on Multicam Capture programs. Every time it fails with a spinning icon after clicking Buy Now. It stays that way forever. I suggest you have those apps point/redirect to a web page to make the purchase for an upgrade. The web page then requires the Name and Order Number (or some data input that can be validated for true software owner/licensee). You get the idea.
