Current 360 camera editors do not provide facilities to merge separate full resolution 360 5760x2880px video clips. A work-around for this problem is to export clips from 360 editors with reduced resolution to 3840x1920px, merge them using Pinnacle and thereafter use a Spatial Media Metadata Injector to enable 360 format on the merged file.
