Better feedback for ideas submitted and regular updating of program

It would create a better sense of 'coming together' in the Studio Ideas Portal if the program developers would give some kind of feedback to ideas submitted. Might be because I purchased a lifetime licence, but I am not aware of having received any fixes or updates in the six months I have been using the program (unless they have been installed automatically without informing me). All other programs I have purchased have provided fix support for a year at least. What about plans for a 27 version of the program - no indication anywhere that I can find that there is going to be a future version, let alone what we might hope to see in it. The apparent lack of enthusiasm for the program by developers is contagious - I see much to like about the program, but am losing hope that the bugs and development needs are going to be attended to.
