Using Studio 23 the working layout was remembered with the project. So when coming back to continue editing a project the previous working layout was loaded along with the project so you could pick up from where you were. now all settings and screen adjustsment have to be reloaded each time the project is reloaded. it is not something new, studio did it in all versions up to 23 why make a such a backward step in the work flow
