Will pinnacle 27 support easy subtitles?

Even though it has extensive capabilities, subtitling with Pinnacle is an extremely time-consuming job. If standard subtitles could be imported (think of SRT or SMI files), this would save a lot of time. Inside Pinnacle it should be possible to finetune the time segment markers.
