Personally I find it insulting that developers of Pinnacle Studio do not value their customers and their suggestions sufficiently that they give some official response. Though I understand from customer support that the program is still being developed there is no other indication that this is the case. At least some information about what could be expected of a new version and the intended release date would be something. Some occasional updates to resolve some of the issues highlighted in the meantime is not asking too much. Complete silence suggests disrespect and disinterest in users at best. Much as I like Pinnacle Studio I'm being drawn away by the competitors who seem to respond much more actively to customers, regularly issue updates to their products, and keep us informed about future releases. I guess the Pinnacle Studio dvelopers won't read this so am not that hopeful there will be any change.
